History and tradition

The Pasticceria Caffetteria Monika tells the story of a family whose roots are deeply embedded in the culture of Bolzano. Since its opening by our great-grandmother Klara Hofmann, many things have changed, but the essence of our establishment has remained intact.

Through wars and generations, we have preserved our traditions. Today, Caffetteria Monika not only represents excellent pastry artistry but has long been a popular meeting place for the local community and guests from around the world.
